Anthropic API & AI Model Usage

Our AI systems are powered in part by the Anthropic API (Claude). We want to be transparent about how this works:

• Conversation data sent to the Anthropic API is used solely to generate responses in real time.
• Your data is not used to train Anthropic's models. Anthropic's API usage policies prohibit using API inputs/outputs for model training without explicit consent.
• We do not share your business context data with Anthropic beyond what is necessary to process individual API requests.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations:

• Conversation Logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically and permanently deleted.
• Account & Business Information: Retained for the duration of your contract plus 12 months, then deleted upon request or automatically after account closure.
• Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

Your Rights

You have full rights over your data. At any time, you may request:

• Export: A copy of all data we hold about your business and account.
• Deletion: Permanent removal of your data from our systems (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Correction: Updates to inaccurate or outdated information.
